Warping Machine

 

1.Warping machine is used to evenly wind glass fiber yarn onto a warp shaft in a certain arrangement order and tension requirements, providing warp yarn for the weaving machine,and ensuring that the warp tension is evenly and neatly arranged during the weaving process. Main models:150 Type 230 Type 255 Type 285 Type 300 Type 330

Coating Machine:

 

After evenly applying glue to the surface of the woven mesh fabric, drying, shaping, winding and packaging it, all processes of the mesh fabric are completed.

 

The glue coating machine is divided into four parts: glue tray, oven, storage rack, and winding rack. The glue tray is used to control the amount and uniformity of glue applied to the mesh fabric. We use tension extrusion after glue dipping to ensure the uniformity of the coating. The oven adopts two control methods: electric heating and natural gas heating drying. The control system uses an automatic adjustment system to save energy and improve efficiency. The temperature is generally between 180-200 degrees. We design the oven with good insulation effect, fast temperature rise, precise temperature control, energy-saving and efficient. For storage rack,we use active winding integrated control to ensure that the mesh fabric is evenly stressed and not damaged. The winding adopts 10kg magnetic powder control, tension inflation axis, winding cutter, automatic control, Hongke control system, automatic flipping and winding, automatic inflation, photoelectric correction, simple and convenient. The winding is neat and efficient
